Following on from the success of our amazing MapRun Challenge 2020 earlier in the year during the original lockdown we are going to end the year as it started with a series of MapRun Challenges.

This series is all about enabling everyone regardless or age, ability or experience to have fun to experience orienteering near to them. Simply download the MapRunF app to your iPhone or Andriod device and then follow the instructions below to get active and having fun.

2. Download and print off the map you will be emailed
3. Download MapRunF / MapRunG (details in the videos below)
4. Arrive at the location & start the MapRun
5. Run, Jog or Walk the course and have FUN!
