We had 11 of our members make the trip to Linacre reservoirs and 6 were from the Pigott family!

On the white course, 4 yr old Edith Pigott showed her dad Rich the way coming 8th position.

The Yellow course brought our best placed runner, Eden Pigott W10 winning the 2.4k course in 15 minutes.

Also on Yellow was Daniel Pigott who unfortunately missed out a control.

On short green we had 3 runners who finished within 4 minutes of eachother. Peter Yoxall 57:13 (25th), John Pigott 60:33 (28th) and Jean Rostron 61:45 (30th).

Marian Denham was our sole representative on the green course, taking 68:03 for 33rd place.

On Blue (6.3k) we had 2 runners, Graham Pigott came 4th in 51:46 (despie a stiff neck) and Mike Derbyshire took 69:35 which left him in 27th.

The closest battle of the day between our members was on the Brown course which was 7.7k with 260m of climb.

Looking at the split times, brothers Richard and Martin Pigott were within 20 seconds of eachother throughout the course of 22 controls.

In the end Rich pipped Martin by 11 seconds, coming home in 59:29 for 6th and Martin was 7th in 59:40.
